Mike Hicks is a very polite and professional man who replaced a ridge tile for me after storm Ciara. This was done promptly and efficiently although this was the first job that he had undertaken for me. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Best quote and was quick to respond. He repaired a leak to my roof others had implied that It would be a bigger job needed. Very reliable and prompt arrived on time professionally undertaken and went the extra mile clearing guttering and roof area at no extra charge. Cleared away all mess and material. Very polite and trusty workman can’t thank him enough for making our home safe and dry and looking great.

Hicks was very helpful and clearly explained why our roof was leaking and showed us photos. He also clearly explained our options regarding repairing it and answered all our questions. We had several quotes and found that Hicks was by far the most professional. We feel his completed work was very good value for the agreed cost. You can completely trust Mike Hicks - not something that can be easily said about some tradesmen. I was completely ripped off by a previous roofer, so Mike had to deal with a very nervous, sceptical customer! But I had nothing to worry about. Mike was extremely responsive to calls/e-mails/texts; He was very punctual and carried out the work respectively to me and my neighbours; He left my home clean and tidy as if he'd hadn't been and I was shown before and after photos of the work. I explained this to Mike who was VERY patient with my paranoia and endless questions. I had nothing to worry about.
